RRP

RRP

Retail Ready Packaging (RRP) is a pivotal asset in helping retailers with stock replenishment and reducing overall packaging use.

We recognise that design is critical to the success of such packs and we ensure that your RRP meets all functional requirements including ease of identification in a retail situation, ease of opening for staff, ease of display for staff, ease of product access for consumers and ease of disposal for businesses.

Our innovative designs can support our customers with the need to increase product visibility and availability and to drive brand awareness in competitive markets.

Composite Packs

Composite Packs

Whilst we champion the benefits of corrugated wherever possible we recognise that on occasions it is necessary to include other materials to ensure the pack performs to the specified requirements.

Our bespoke solutions can incorporate different types of cushion materials and include wood or other components if required - rest assured we will choose the correct combination of materials to ensure your pack is fit for purpose.

We will design, manufacture and supply solutions varying from anti-static foam linings to wooden supports in a heavy duty bulk pack - just let us know the challenge you face and we will find the solution.

Conventional Cases

Conventional Cases

In addition to the bespoke services that we offer we also know when to keep things simple by offering a range of conventional cases and die cut FEFCO code boxes.

We recognise that this is still a core requirement in the corrugated sector and conventional box styles from 0200 to 0400 and 0900 FEFCO codes are easily manufactured by us to your individual product and brand requirements.

We offer a variety of board grades and flutes and are also very happy to supply in quantities that best suit your packaging supply needs.

Heavy Duty

Heavy Duty

The strength and durability of corrugated is often underestimated yet we can demonstrate its versatility in a wide range of heavy duty packaging solutions that can transport, store and protect large or heavy products through the supply chain via road, rail, sea or air.

This can be through conventional packs and boxes or through pallet packs which have the added benefit of easing the movement of the pack once the product is inside.

Both types can benefit from corporate branding, product information and can feature internal divisions, fittings and sleeves to protect or hold products securely.

Pack Assembly

Pack Assembly

Some items require the pack to be assembled around them and we can create packs with individual components to assist with line side packing where required.

Additionally, we can assembly packs at Boxshop to facilitate speedier packing processes when the boxes are delivered to our customers.

This may see the gluing of corner protectors, folding of fittings or the assembly of exact specification pads and protectors to ensure the product, once packed, is held securely in place

Fittings and Divisions

Fittings and Divisions

Fittings and divisions work in conjunction, or separately, and are different ways of protecting and separating products.

Whilst their core function is the same we design fittings to protect product, enhance case strength and avoid excess packaging.

Divisions are an integral part in separating and dividing goods on pallets and in cases, and we offer a flexible service in how we assemble and deliver the divisions that you require.

Promotional

Promotional

Promotional packaging encompasses various elements with counter displays, free standing display units and dumpbins all forming part of our capabilities in this sector.

Complemented by our print capabilities eye-catching, visually engaging products can be designed that are on brand, on target and offer exceptional quality.

Whether it’s a new take on an existing product, or a new and innovative idea that you are looking for, we are ideally placed to offer you creative solutions for all your promotional packaging needs.
