Welcome to our new Operations Director

We’re pleased to announce that David Lyle has joined our team as Operations Director.

David has a long career in operations management having worked for many large blue-chip companies across the food and beverage, medical devices and chemical sectors.

“The opportunity to join Boxshop arose at a time in my career when I weas ready to make a move to a business that would allow me to have a more measurable impact on improving day-to-day operations,” said David. “With Boxshop having a small, onsite management team I am able to manage my team, engage with all areas of the business to drive change and align our goals and keep things simple so everyone can see the positive change being made.”

David is responsible for both the day-to-day and strategic operations at Boxshop and works closely with his team to identify areas for change and improvement, consolidate those procedures which work well and give appropriate guidance to allow each individual in his team to achieve operational excellence.
